You can teach poses you can’t do in your yoga classes and still be a great teacher. This month, my peak pose in Flying Pigeon and I can’t really do it anymore. I used to be able to…but now that I box consistently my hips are stronger than they’ve ever been… and tighter too. 😂 As long as you understand the biomechanics and can explain them to your students, no one will mind if you can’t fully demo the pose!
